• Voting and points system
• Giveaways and contests

Giveaway & Contest Rules

• No Purchase Required: Participation in giveaways is free
• Eligibility: You must be 18+ to participate and comply with local laws
• How to Enter: Join our Telegram group, vote, and earn points
• Winner Selection: Based on points/leaderboard or random draw (at our sole discretion)
• Prize Delivery: We will attempt to contact winners via Telegram or email. Winners must respond within 7 days or prize may be forfeited
• No Guarantee: Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value
• Taxes & Duties: Winners are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with prizes
• Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify any participant for rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity
• Final Decision: All decisions regarding giveaways and winners are final and binding

Merchandise Sales

• Payment: All payments processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit cards). We do not store payment information
• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason
• Shipping: Items ship from India, typically 5-10 business days delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
• Pricing: All prices in USD, subject to change without notice. Pricing errors may be corrected, and orders may be cancelled
• Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy, but images and descriptions may vary from actual products
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. Limited quantities may sell out without notice
• Returns: Returns accepted ONLY for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. All sales are otherwise final. Contact info@splitsvilla.com with photos to initiate returns
• Refund Processing: Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method
• Customs: International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and import fees (buyer's sole responsibility). We are not responsible for customs delays or issues

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Services: We are NOT responsible for Telegram, Stripe, or any third-party service disruptions, data loss, or security breaches
• Shipping: We are NOT liable for shipping delays, customs issues, lost packages, stolen deliveries, or carrier errors once packages leave our control
• Availability: We do NOT guarantee contest prizes, merchandise availability, website uptime, or service continuity
• User Content: We are NOT responsible for user-generated content, interactions between users, or disputes within the community
• External Links: We are NOT responsible for third-party websites, content, or services linked from our platform
• Accuracy: We do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, pricing, or information on our platform
• Technical Issues: We are NOT liable for data loss, technical malfunctions, unauthorized access, or system errors
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 3 months prior to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less
• Consequential Damages: We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Your Risk: You acknowledge and accept that you use our services entirely at your own risk

User Conduct

By using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Abuse, harass, threaten, or spam other community members
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate voting, points, or any system features
• Provide false information, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt fraud, chargebacks without valid reason, or unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or giveaways

Enforcement: Violation may result in immediate account suspension, ban, disqualification from giveaways, order cancellation, and/or legal action. We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary without prior notice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SplitsVilla, its operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share

Modifications to Terms

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. For customers in India, local consumer protection laws may also apply where mandatory.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
